Toccoa Elementary Home

The Boo-grams are simple Halloween Greeting that the PTO will put together for the students. Its a card (pumpkin ghost, maybe Bat shaped) and a blow-pop, tootsie pop, or Airhead candy attached to it.  We will indicate on the card who its To: and who its From:..On Halloween we will distribute.  These are for Students to purchase for each other or maybe a student wants to send one to their favorite administrator or teacher.  And Parents can send them to their kids too...

This event really is more of a FUNraiser than fundraiser.  Thanks everyone for your support.  If you haven't liked the PTO facebook page yet please do and share our post.  As the Holiday season approaches there will be lots going on there...

Lettuce for Lunch!!

Lettuce for Lunch!!

This Friday at Toccoa Elementary, students will enjoy a variety of lettuces and greens from the Toccoa Elementary garden.  Lettuces and greens included in the blend are Romaine, Bibb, Paris Island, Simpson, and Iceberg.  Lettuces and greens are organic, non-GMO, and student-grown! This will be a weekly addition to our lunch (weather-permitting.) Students will eventually enjoy cabbage, Swiss chard, collard greens, and kale.  Thank you Toccoa Elementary students for taking the farm to the table!!!
